We are aware our size and fit chart is quite extensive.  Feel free to complete only the information you feel pertinent to your costume choice from our inventory.  All merchandise transactions are final - no refunds, credits, returns or exchanges.  Orders will not be shipped until all measurements are verified to match the measurements you provided therefore the fit should be as you ordered, eliminating any 'misfit' concerns.  If possible have someone else take your measurements and make adjustments if needed.  All costs (including shipping/handling/insurance), will be charged to your credit card before the costume is shipped.  If paying by check, money order or cashiers check the costume will be shipped after funds are transferred to my account, US funds only.  Clients will be advised of all S/H/I charges via E-mail, US Mail or phone.  Insurance is required on all order.  The client's signature below signifies acceptance of all terms of this agreement.  (To initiate orders either snail-mail or E-mail me a copy of this paperwork including your signature.)
